The Way The Healing Works:
Our bodies are made of 70% water. This allows us to absorb the vibrations around us just as water does. When you drink water that has a particular vibrational frequency, your body copies that vibrational frequency.
Enhance your water by placing it in sunlight/moonlight or surround it with clear quartz crystals. It is preferred to use distilled or mineral water from a pure source (spring water), but tap water will work too.
