Is there a payment plan?
Yes, after paying the non refundable deposit, the remaining balance will be broken evenly into monthly installments with the last payment being February 15, 2025.
What expenses should I be prepared to pay for on-site?
Food not included/listed , optional turtle aquarium + Mnemba Island Excursion optional spa services, gratuities
What is the deadline for full payment?
The full payments are due May 15, 2025
Which methods of payment are accepted for booking?
PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards
How do I purchase travel insurance?

FLIGHTS
Are flights included in the price of the retreat?
Flights are not included in the listed price
Can guests pay extra for HOD to book flights?
Currently House Of Divinity does not handle flight info. We do however offer support when booking flights. Support includes but is not limited to, sharing flight deals, sharing flight layaway programs, ect.
Does HOD offer support with booking flights?
Yes, after you secure your spot, HOD will support by emailing flight deals that we find. We’ll also share a company that allows you to put flights on layaway.
What is the name of the airport we are flying in to?

What day and time should I arrive in Zanzibar?

When should I plan to depart from Zanzibar?

How will I get from the airport to the Hotel?
There will be group transportation available for you, as long as your arrival time is within recommended time. If your arrival time is after recommended time, your transportation will not be included in the price and you may have to find your own transportation. HOD will do its best to support in the process if communicated 4 weeks before the Retreat Start Date.
Note, that group transportation may require you to wait for other guests after landing.
Do we fly as a group?
There is no group flights planned. However, House Of Divinity will share flight info of any Goddesses who are open to being accompanied on their flight.
Tips for long flight?
Brings books; Download podcasts; be prepared for an in-flight schedule (ie. Krystal The Goddess typically 1) rest 2) watch movie 3) eat meal from flight attendant 4) watch movie or read and start all over again (the routine may change but tht is definitely the gist)
CANCELLATIONS
What if I need to cancel?
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your attendance to the HOD Bali Goddess Retreat you will email HOD as soon as possible at HouseOfDivinityByKTG@gmail.com
All payments are non-refundable; however, it is transferable to another traveler for a fee of $55. This means you are permitted to resell your slot to another participant, but HOD is unable to offer a refund. You will have to work out the previously paid payments between you and the Goddess taking your place. All future payments will be organized between HOD and the new Goddess attending.
For these reasons we suggest Trip insurance which can help if you have a need to cancel unexpectedly.
Terms & Conditions
All payments made are non refundable, unless a Goddess Retreat is canceled by House Of Divinity due to an unforeseen circumstances like Government shut downs or covid-19 pandemic. If you decide not to go on a Goddess Retreat all payments are non refundable and non transferable.
Final payment due: May 15, 2025
In the event of an unforeseen cancelation BY House Of Divinity, the Goddess Retreat will be postponed to another date and a credit will be issued for the amount available for another Goddess Retreat. The credit can be used towards the postponed Goddess Retreat or any another (non-sold out) Goddess Retreat within a 12 month period. After 12 months the credit will be null and void. Unless otherwise stated that the Goddess Retreat is cancelled completely.
House Of Divinity will inform you of any/all required documentation that must be completed to gain entry into any country. Thoroughly reading all of the details provided by House Of Divinity is necessary to avoid any confusion or denied access into a country. House Of Divinity will not be held accountable or responsible for any documents missing due to not thoroughly reading. House Of Divinity will not be held accountable/responsible for any trip based misunderstandings due to not thoroughly reading guidelines and any documents sent out by House Of Divinity to participating Goddess Retreat guests.
Flights and any transportation outside of group transportation is not included.
House Of Divinity will email country entrance requirements, which can also be found on travel.state.gov. If a country requires any entry paperwork or documentation that you fail to produce, a refund will not be available. House Of Divinity will not be held accountable for handling or producing personal and individual documents required to enter any country.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and also suggested. This is something that can be purchased at your own expense. House Of Divinity does not provide travel insurance, but many companies who sell travel insurance can be found online by doing a simple google search.

All policies are subject to change and all House Of Divinity itineraries are tentative and can be adjusted as to the needs of each Goddess Retreat
By signing up for a House Of Divinity Goddess Retreat with your submission form and making your first installment/deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understand and agree to abide by this contractual agreement of House Of Divinity terms and conditions.
