Krystal The Goddess of House Of Divinity and Terry of Terry Lee Fitness invites you to an experience that will LIGHTEN YOUR HEART, VIBRATE and ACTIVATE every chakra and cell in your body & get the energy and your heart rate flowing! We'll begin with a beginner kickboxing lesson to learn/practice some moves. Followed by a variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more to create a sound healing experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
A sound bath is a musical experience that promotes healing to the mind, body, and spirit. Different musical healing instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more are played to "bathe" the attendees in their vibration. The VIBRATIONS allow you to relax your body, unblock emotional trauma, release stress/ anxiety, stimulate your body's natural healing system and that's just to name a few benefits.
Kemetic Reiki is an energy healing technique that connects back to the way ancient Egyptians used energy to heal our mind, body, and spirit. Reiki helps to clear the energetic auric field. Energy can travel through time and space allowing Reiki to be administered and received from a distance. Guests will receive group energy healing with the inclusion of chants, instruments, mantras, ect.
KickBoxing is a powerful outlet for releasing tension, reducing anxiety, and boosting endorphins. It can enhance coordination and flexibility by improving balance, agility, and flexibility through varied movement combinations. While also providing full-body conditioning which strengthens and tones muscles throughout the body while improving cardiovascular health and endurance. Hosted by Team USA member, Terry Lee.

- Bring boxing gloves if you have them
- Towel
- Wear comfy clothes so you can relax
- Wear layers
- Bring yoga mat, blankets, pillows, anything that will help you feel comfortable laying on the ground .
- Sunblock
- Water
